Not only were they the most beautiful roses we have ever seen but the kind gentleman who called me after finishing my order on line corrected the fact that I had placed them to be delivered upon the wrong day. Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a 50% refund, as floral arrangements and materials may have already been prepared.
