Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a 50% refund, as floral arrangements and materials may have already been prepared.

Not only were they the most beautiful roses we have ever seen but the kind gentleman who called me after finishing my order on line corrected the fact that I had placed them to be delivered upon the wrong day.
